When setting personal goals it is very important to look at what you want to accomplish. Goals can be different for every person. Goals can be as simple as trying to walk around the block every day and as extreme as trying to finish a 5K road race. Your goals also don’t have to directly affect your physical well being, for example achieving straight A’s in school or making a new friend. Goals are intended to make you happy and fulfilled with your accomplishments, so keep that in mind!
