Currently half of are youth are NOT vigorously active on a regular basis. According to the Surgeon General Report to begin a fitness regimen all you need to do is start out with 30-40 minutes of physical activity. Physical activity does not have to be strenuous; it could be as simple as walking around the block or even mowing the lawn.
